Reception
Our reception desk at the POLI Club is open from 1:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. It is located at the corner of the building and is the place where you can take care of all matters related to check-in, parking, bills/invoices. We also serve breakfast there. The staff is friendly and helpful.
If you arrive before 1:00 p.m. please call us. We will try to store your luggage and sometimes check you in early, it all depends on our availability at the time of your arrival.
Building
A charming historic tenement house from 1908, located on the border of the Kazimierz District and the Old Town, consists of a hotel, residential, and commercial part. It was modernly renovated in 2023 while preserving its historical character. The tenement house is located near the Starowiślna tram stop and the Kraków Grzegórzki railway station. Its location is very convenient for tourists as there are many tourist attractions nearby, such as the Old Town and Kazimierz District. You can start exploring Krakow from these two historic districts, which offer many interesting places to visit. In the Old Town, you can see the Main Market Square, Wawel Castle, St. Mary’s Church, and many other monuments. The Kazimierz District is a place where you can feel the spirit of Jewish culture and history. There are synagogues, museums, and restaurants serving traditional Jewish dishes. We also recommend our tours to Auschwitz-Birkenau Museum and the Wieliczka Salt Mine, which are among the most important tourist attractions in the Krakow area.
